DSC02198Spring Is Everywhere. When it comes late, like this year, after a very long cold winter and then a lot of rain, it seems that Nature itself is at work. Everything goes into bloom at once, hurrying to display the beauty, the multiple colors, and to spread the amazing scents in the air. White and pink apple tree blossoms, fragrant jasmine peaking among the green leaves, orange tulips which look like no tulips you have ever seen, lilies of the valley bending down modestly, sweet peas looking like something an alien sprinkled down on earth, danedlions forming sunny yellow carpets all around, some intolerably sweet aroma coming from a tree with tiny white clusters of flowers, and wild flowers fighting their way up among the ferns and nettles, all are here for us to enjoy. City dwellers use every little patch of soil near their houses to turn them into tiny flower beds. I never tire of looking at spring blossoms anywhere.
